I walk with women through birth.

As a trained doula and midwifery apprentice, I have supported hundreds of births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals. I enter each space with steadiness, care, and deep trust in the body’s wisdom.

It is an honor to stand beside women and families as they welcome new life.

I am a trained doula and midwifery apprentice dedicated to supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work is rooted in holistic care and shaped by years of hands-on experience, offering calm, informed, and compassionate support through every stage of the journey.

My path into birth work has been deeply shaped by living in Guatemala, where I had the opportunity to assist midwives and learn from traditional approaches to pregnancy and birth. That experience gave me a profound respect for physiological birth, ancestral knowledge, and the sacred nature of this transition. After my time in Guatemala, I felt called to continue my studies and went on to study midwifery in Miami. These experiences continue to inform the way I support families—with presence, humility, and trust in the body’s innate knowing.

I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and evidence-based information so women and families can make empowered decisions with confidence. I help create a calm, grounded environment where mothers feel safe, seen, and deeply supported.

As a mother myself, I bring lived experience and expanded empathy to this work. My role is to walk alongside each family with steadiness and care—honoring their choices, their culture, and their unique birth story.

Serving families throughout New York, including Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
